Role & responsibilities

Strong Recruitment Knowledge:
Proven experience and understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Willingness to Travel:
Must be comfortable with regular travel as part of job responsibilities.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Training Support:
Should be capable of providing training to new joiners whenever necessary.
Branch Visits:
Must be available to visit branches at least
2 days per week
to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
