About the Role

We are seeking an HR & Admin Manager (Construction Contractor background) to manage HR operations for a large blue-collar workforce in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Kannada-speaking for effective worker engagement
• Experienced in construction/contractor HR practices
• Skilled in compliance, labor law, and workforce scaling

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Deployment – Build and maintain a steady labor pool (skilled + unskilled)
• Attendance Monitoring – Ensure accurate daily attendance and reporting
• Compliance Management – Handle contracts, wages, insurance, PF/ESI, and ensure audit readiness
• Client Coordination – Act as the HR point of contact for project managers & clients
• Team & Policy Management – Lead site-level HR/Admin staff, implement HR policies, and conduct worker training & safety sessions

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years HR/Admin experience in construction / contracting / infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Karnataka labor laws
• Experience managing 500+ blue-collar workforce
• Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English
• Hands-on, problem-solving approach with strong interpersonal skills
