Regional Head/Cluster Head

As a Regional Head / Cluster Head - Wealth Management for our client, a leading NBFC, you will be responsible for driving teams to exceed sales targets and client relationship management in the Financial Services sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Experience in Business Development, Portfolio Management & Client Relationship Management - Designing and implementing financial plans for clients - Ensuring high performance levels and profitability targets for Wealth Management products - Developing business plans to build consumer preference and revenue growth - Establishing a client base in direct equity by acquiring new Private Wealth / HNI Clients / Corporate clients - Establishing systems/procedures to contribute towards growth and profitability - Ensuring compliance standards in Financial Planning, Asset Allocation, and Product Sales - Recruiting, training, and managing team members for seamless induction - Achieving acquisition, activation, and Cross sell targets with a focus on Premium segment customers You should have 10+ years of experience in the financial services sector and be located in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, or Kolkata. Your track record should demonstrate success in exceeding sales targets, managing client relationships, and achieving profitability goals. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for the P & L of your team and ensuring proper Sales Process to manage Delinquencies. Your role will involve motivating, inspiring, and providing guidance to your team to maintain high performance levels and achieve revenue growth targets.,
