Regional Head (Vice President) - Business Development - 3PL West

You will be leading the disruption in the traditional B2B distribution setup with innovative models and driving change. Your role will involve heading Sales & Retention for entire West 3PL/Contract Logistics. You will need to take a holistic approach towards business development and consultative selling, with a focus on creating tech-enabled end-to-end supply chain solutions for various industry segments such as Aftermarket distribution, inbound logistics, implant logistics, and bespoke projects requiring tech-enabled disruption. Your responsibility will include working with Large & Medium B2B Enterprises and directly engaging with CXO/SCM leaders to develop solutions that address the core logistics challenges of the organization. Integrated logistics and warehousing, along with technology, will play a crucial role in winning customers and driving business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, from design to engineering and operations, to create solutions that cater to customers" needs.
