As the Regional Head- Business Development International Student Recruitment, your role involves leading and driving student recruitment business across the Globe for GEDU. You will work closely with the Student Recruitment, Admissions & Marketing teams to manage the enrolment pipeline effectively and maximize business opportunities through communication, marketing, and sales practices. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies to ensure continual enrolment and retention of students while enhancing the reputation of GEDU globally. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Understand the needs of students in the local market and maintain an evidence base to be shared with the Senior Management Team and Group. - Oversee market segmentation, industry sectors, and age groups to target future growth through marketing, admissions, and communication plans. - Analyze competitors in the local market and tailor Unique Selling Propositions (USP) for each product. - Develop a content and events calendar to engage with current and prospective students. - Lead the development and implementation of the student experience journey to deliver outstanding customer service. - Identify, develop, and implement relevant projects and business ventures to grow GEDU brand and market share. - Create and evaluate admissions, communication, marketing, and student recruitment strategies to achieve business goals. - Build a network of marketing and admission leaders across products and improve business processes. - Advocate for education and the GEDU brand, motivating high-performing teams. - Identify training needs and create regional learning curriculum related to admissions, marketing, and communications. - Establish partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational providers. - Analyze customer feedback data, reduce business costs, and increase company profits. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with company executives to pursue cost-effective new business opportunities.
