Regional Head - Rural HL

Job Description: As the Regional Head - HL in the Rural Banking department, you will be leading the sales of Housing loan products within the rural branch network of the defined zone. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business and collections in alignment with defined targets and standards, all while upholding a customer-first philosophy. Your key roles and responsibilities will include driving sales within the assigned zone to meet targets, maintaining the quality of the asset portfolio while ensuring growth, building a sustainable long-term asset portfolio, and ensuring the required collection efficiency for the product. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to foster a culture of performance, promote digital adoption, and uphold the customer-first philosophy within the zone. Furthermore, a significant part of your role will involve managerial and leadership responsibilities. This includes nurturing and developing leaders within the bank, effectively communicating and cascading the bank's vision to all employees, and managing attrition rates within the zone. To qualify for this position, you should have a Graduation degree in BA, BBA, B.com, or B.sc, along with a Post-graduation degree in MBA/PGDM. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the field.,
