Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead distribution and logistics operations for the assigned zone.
Ensure timely dispatches, high service levels, and minimal stock-outs.
Control transportation and warehousing costs within approved budgets.
Manage inventory accuracy and streamline the movement of slow/non-moving stock.
Oversee 3PL and transport vendor performance to improve efficiency.
Implement WMS and other process improvement initiatives (Kaizen, ATQM).
Build and mentor a capable regional logistics team.

Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation management.
Exposure to FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
Proficient in SAP, WMS, and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
