Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Head Direct Sales Team - East Region, focused on Gold Loans, and located in Mumbai. The role involves leading and managing the direct sales team, driving business development initiatives, overseeing lead generation activities, and managing sales operations to meet regional targets and goals. The Regional Head will be responsible for strategizing and executing sales plans, monitoring team performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Team Management and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development
  • Strong Sales skills and proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the finance or gold loans sector is a plus
