KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Generation:

• Drive ad sales revenue for FTA channels in the assigned region, meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
• Identify and tap into new revenue streams through innovative ad sales solutions.

Client & Agency Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and decision-makers.
• Ensure consistent engagement to understand client needs and offer customized advertising solutions.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional ad sales team to deliver business objectives.
• Drive performance through clear goal setting, training, and performance reviews.

• Market Intelligence:

• Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and audience insights to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with research and marketing teams to leverage data in client pitches.

• Strategic Collaboration:

• Work closely with central sales, content, and marketing teams to align regional initiatives with network objectives.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, packaging, and value proposition development.
