Regional Finance & Accounts Head- Punjab (Chandigarh)

JOB OVERVIEW: The position will be responsible to manage and monitor all accounts and finance related activities across all the stations/branches in the assigned regions. ACCOUNTABILTIES: Preparing annual budget documents. Monitoring the collections and scheduling. Preparing Profit and Loss Accounts, doing variance analysis, managing year-end closing entries and coordinating with audit schedules. Managing and supervising daily operation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, bank reconciliation, etc. Managing the team and maintaining proper coordination to assign and review the tasks. Identifying the training/support needs of the team and train/guide them to get maximum output. JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must be Commerce Graduated/Post Graduate 10 plus years of relevant experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Should have the ability to multi-task and support a co-operative work environment. Should have the capability to plan and organize. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Should have excellent knowledge of accounting software. Must have handled large team size operating from multiple locations.
