Regional Credit Manager - LAP

Roles And Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Area Credit Managers, Branch Credit Managers, Credit Executives, CPAs
• Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish Credit worthiness.
• Pre and post sanction credit risk compliance.
• Responsible for controlling delinquencies through portfolio review especially monitoring non-starters portfolio.
• Control on portfolio performance.
• Underwrite specific retail loan proposals and prepare Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM).
• Coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met
• Manage the team of Credit officers, Credit Admin and off roll staff
  

Candidate Profile required:

• Post Graduate/Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of work experience in Credit Management for LAP
• Experience in NBFC / Banking
• Knowledge of MS office
• Should have experience in underwriting of LAP for salaried, self employed and MSMEs
