Regional Credit Manager-Emerging Business-Credit Appraisal-Delhi-Videocon Towers-MM

You will be responsible for managing all activities related to the sanction life cycle of borrower accounts in the designated region. Your primary duties will include: - Supporting and collaborating with business teams to oversee the end-to-end credit approval process for the region. - Underwriting for all customer segments for corporate finance products and presenting to senior management. - Authorizing deviations raised and documented by underwriters in compliance with credit policy. - Finalizing the review of credit memos prepared by underwriters and providing approval/decline sign-offs on each file after verifying documentation requests. - Approving all disbursement requests based on adherence to requirements and complete documentation at the branch level. - Overseeing and following up with external vendors to ensure timely query resolution/report submission and eliminate any delays. - Coordinating with the recoveries team to generate business insights. - Leading a team of credit approvers to maintain portfolio quality and manage delinquencies. - Engaging in the development, implementation, review, and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to enhance the team's competency and processing efficiency. - Traveling extensively to oversee branches in the assigned territory to develop business, guide the team, and ensure a quality portfolio. - Ensuring compliance with all audit/other regulatory regulations, processes, policies, and reports. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/CA or equivalent.,
