Job Description

The Ideal Candidate

Ensure maximum brand awareness, audience engagement and/or sales leads within the region, through an effective deployment of online & offline Marketing Campaigns (external and internal). Keeping employees within the region engaged and inspired. Ensure a continuous organizational readiness for crisis communication when needed. All within budgets set.

Ensure maximum brand awareness, audience engagement and/or sales leads within the region and budget set, through an effective deployment of online & offline Marketing Campaigns (external and internal)

Translation of global messaging & campaigns to region-specific content, media channels and tactics

Develop the annual regional communications plan & calendar, in line with the global communications plan and regional commercial plans

Work in close collaboration and alignment with the Regional Commercial organization to help achieve regional commercial goals & objectives

Work in close collaboration with Regional Leadership to ensure a impactful and consistent messaging to the internal organization

Build relationships with major regional Media & Trade Press

Provide Marcom support for Regional Trade and Customer events

Measure, track, analyse and report results related to regional campaign effectiveness (awareness, engagement & conversion)

Direct and manage external suppliers providing Marketing Communication support

Provide recommendations and feedback to Global Communications about regional news items, situation in the region, etc.

Ensure brand consistency throughout all communication efforts

Management of budgets, suppliers and external partners
Bachelor s degree or higher in Marketing Communications, Marketing or related studies
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a Global or Regional Marketing Communications role within an international company
Fluency in English and at least one relevant local language
