Job Description

Managing Flows & Recovery of Micro & Small LAP loan products with Region,
Implement systems in recovery department for meeting audit requirements;
Ensure periodical training of team members across Region.

Describe the KPIs against each perspective:

Key Performance Indicators

Business and Financial Management

Calibrate growth in line with current segments
Improve collection and legal recovery
Manage cost in line with lower revenues
Effective segmentation of the portfolio to maximize recoveries
Monitoring losses within Region
Monitoring and driving continuous improvement of metrics of Customer Verification, Payment Processing, Delivery and Billing processes.
Monitory all collections processes within the region including branch Cash reconciliations
Effective segmentation of the portfolio to maximize recoveries

Customer Focus

Build strong relationship with customers
Monitoring and driving continuous improvement of metrics of Customer Verification, Payment Processing, Delivery and Billing processes.

People / Team

Ensure strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance & adherence to management model
Focus on retention, development and employee engagement
Co-ordination among cross functional Micro team (Sales, Fraud, Risk) and central teams

Process / Quality Improvement

Build capability at branch level to improve productivity
Identifying and implementing new solutions to existing processes and to lead team with innovative ideas to bring best out of them.
Monitory all collections processes within the region including branch Cash reconciliations.
