Role & responsibilities

Portfolio Management

• To achieve over all business targets on asset book-size, portfolio profitability metrics and maximizing portfolio risk adjusted return on capital (RAROC).
• Business development through scoping out market/sector-agnostic corporates and add good quality corporates in portfolio.
• Advising customers on Fx and Treasury requirements, help manage cost of funds.
• Engage with credit and risk team for credit underwriting and project finance appraisals.
• Engage with cross vertical functions and meeting business and operational requirements of business.
• Responsible for entire life cycle of the deal from origination to disbursement and post-disbursement compliance.
• Ability to engage productively with senior management, CXO of portfolio companies to negotiate commercials, understand business outlook, source new business etc.
• Closely monitoring portfolio companies, tracking quarterly financials, compliance with sanctioned conditions and identify Early Warning Signs (EWS) for appropriate actions.

Increased Product Penetration

• Develop good understanding of various banking products Trade, Treasury, CMS and coordinating with Product partners in Bank to tap cross- sell opportunities in the portfolio.
• Wallet-sizing, identifying cross-sell opportunities and pitching successfully various banking products to existing as well as new customers.

Operations & Processes

• Responsible for maintaining high quality portfolio by ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, up-to-date of all documentation formalities, security perfection etc.
• Timely completion of Credit appraisal process, addressing credit queries for portfolio companies.

Client Management & Servicing

• Single point of contact for all portfolio companies and taking care of all banking requirements of the corporates.
• To make sure high level of client satisfaction and engage with bank support functions for resolving any customer concerns within committed timelines.
