CBG - RM (Commercial Banking Group)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager for our Commercial Banking Group (CBG). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME and mid-corporate clients by offering banking solutions such as CASA, Trade Finance, Forex, and Working Capital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage Commercial Banking clients (SME / Mid-Corporate) to achieve business growth targets.
  
• Deepen existing client relationships by cross-selling banking products including CASA, Trade, Forex, Term Loans, and Working Capital limits.
  
• Conduct financial analysis and assess creditworthiness of clients for working capital and term loan requirements.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and personalized services.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Treasury, Trade, and Operations to deliver seamless banking solutions.
  
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market intelligence and client networking.
  
• Maintain portfolio hygiene, monitor account health, and ensure timely renewals and documentation.
  
• Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  
• Minimum 38 years of relevant experience in Commercial / SME Banking.
  
• Candidates with prior exposure to Trade, Forex, and Working Capital portfolios will be preferred.
