Regional Business Manager

Role Overview: As a Regional Business Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing business while developing new opportunities. Your role will involve connecting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL), building relationships with key customers, retaining team members, and scouting new talent. You will be in charge of vacancy management, ensuring timely filling of vacancies, and managing vacant territories. Additionally, you will analyze territories" customer coverage, growth in secondary sales, campaign implementation, product mix, key brand performance, inventory at stockist, and near expiry stocks. Your focus will be on quality sales, zero sales return, expiry, and breakage control while increasing productivity and brand building. You will also oversee distribution channel functioning, team development, growth driving, market share increase, and maintaining discipline and work ethics within the team. Organizing academic activities for doctors such as Continuous Medical Education (CME) and conferences will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire product knowledge through training programs, cycle meetings, and on-the-job training - Maintain and expand existing business while developing new opportunities - Connect with KOL and KBL, and build relationships with key customers - Retain team members and identify new talent - Manage vacancies and ensure timely filling - Monitor stocks, analyze high inventory products, and develop liquidation plans - Analyze territories for customer coverage, growth, campaign implementation, product performance, inventory, and near expiry stocks - Focus on quality sales, zero returns, expiry control, and productivity improvement - Ensure effective distribution channel functioning and brand availability - Develop team members in detailing, product knowledge, RCPA, and clinic effectiveness - Drive growth, increase market share, and maintain discipline within the team - Organize academic activities for doctors, including CME and conferences Qualifications Required: - Graduation: B.Sc, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Diploma in Pharmacy Additional Company Details: Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., located in Bengaluru, is part of the ZHL Field under the Gromaxx department.
