In this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Providing input and leading the implementation of Sales / Direct Sales practices to promote and sell technical and/or nontechnical products and services directly to existing and new customers. - Monitoring and revising lead generation plans to ensure a substantial sales pipeline. - Researching and evaluating Sales / Direct Sales policies, deploying strategies to meet sales volumes and profit targets. - Prioritizing and coordinating key Sales activities, informing customers of new product introductions and pricing. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the organization. As an experienced manager at a senior level within a function/job family, you will be accountable for policy and strategy implementation, producing short-term results, and addressing difficult to moderately complex challenges. Your decisions will directly impact operational efficiency and may influence areas beyond your immediate function. You will manage groups of 2 or more professionals or team leaders, overseeing their performance and budget accountability.
