Regional Business Manager – Sales & Service

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Business Manager – Sales & Service, based in Chandigarh / Tricity region and covering Himachal Pradesh and Haryana for Lumani – Schüco Systems.

The RBM will be responsible for achieving a minimum of ₹5 Cr monthly business, driving regional growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the regional sales and service teams to achieve business goals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with leading architects, builders, and channel partners.
• Develop and execute strategic regional business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee project pipelines, customer service delivery, and installation coordination.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain strong cash flow discipline.
• Travel up to 15 days per month across assigned territories to strengthen market presence and monitor team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong business management, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven sales leadership with a track record of managing ₹5 Cr+ monthly business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship abilities.
• Customer service orientation with focus on execution and satisfaction.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams across multiple regions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in doors & windows, kitchens, wardrobes, façades, or premium building materials preferred.
• Engineering background or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / related field preferred.
• Go-getter attitude, stable career record, and team player mindset.
