Regional Business Manager - Gromaxx - Nagpur

As a Regional Business Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., your role will involve maintaining and expanding existing business while also developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) effectively - Vacancy management to ensure timely filling of positions with the right candidates - Continuous monitoring of stocks, including analysis of high inventory products and development of liquidation plans - Analyzing each territory in terms of customer coverage, growth in secondary sales, campaign implementation, product mix, key brand performance, and inventory management - Ensuring quality sales with zero returns, expiry, and breakage - Implementing activities to increase productivity and build the brand across all levels - Overseeing the distribution channel to ensure availability of all brands, outstanding clearance, and issue resolution - Addressing weak territory management effectively Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Sc or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy - Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills - Ability to manage teams effectively and solve problems collaboratively This position is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India within the Gromaxx department of Zuventus Healthcare Ltd. in the ZHL Field vertical.,
