Regional Assistant Marketing Manager

As the Regional Assistant Marketing Manager based in Pune, you will be responsible for leading all marketing activities in Maharashtra. Your role will involve planning and executing regional promotional campaigns, coordinating BTL marketing efforts, and collaborating with local vendors to ensure effective brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and execute local marketing campaigns across Maharashtra to enhance brand visibility and increase showroom footfall. - Identify innovative BTL marketing strategies and enhance the effectiveness of on-ground campaigns. - Coordinate with local vendors for the design, printing, and installation of various marketing collaterals such as hoardings, banners, standees, and in-store branding. - Manage festival-based promotions, showroom activations, roadshows, and local sponsorships to engage with the target audience effectively. - Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights to the central marketing team for continuous improvement. - Maintain budgets and ensure the timely execution of all regional campaigns to meet objectives. - Keep abreast of competitor activities and local market trends to develop competitive strategies. - Ensure brand consistency in all regional marketing efforts to maintain a strong brand identity. Requirements: - Prior experience in regional marketing, field marketing, or BTL campaign execution is essential. - Strong network of local vendors and agencies in Maharashtra is preferred. - Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and effectively coordinate with vendors. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are required. - Ability to work independently and travel across cities in Maharashtra as per business requirements. - Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages is necessary. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required (MBA preferred).,
