• Experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in agricultural inputs, especially pesticides.
• Strong market knowledge and connections with reliable distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
• Ability to identify, engage, and onboard new business partners aligned with ethical practices.
• Hands-on leadership in managing territory operations with the capability to build and mentor a team including subordinates and territory managers.
• Self-driven individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership approach.
  

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Expand the company’s network by identifying and connecting with trustworthy market players.
• Drive dealership agreements and ensure mutual growth and profitability.
• Build and nurture relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Recruit and lead a team to efficiently manage field activities and customer outreach.
