Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Refractory Engineer at Arjas Steel in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Refractory Engineer will be responsible for designing, selecting, and implementing refractory materials and systems to maintain the integrity of the steel production process. The role involves evaluating performance, conducting tests, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Refractory material knowledge and selection skills Experience in designing and implementing refractory systems, Refractory Lining Problem-solving and analytical skills Strong technical background in Ceramics is mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with steel production processes is a plus 5S at work place
