Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Initiatives and Optimization:

Own partnership initiatives, including training, contracts, marketing, data management, and optimization efforts to maximize goals.

Market Research and Insights:

Stay updated on market trends, competition, and clients through continuous research.

Prospective Partner Identification and Target Setting:

Identify key prospective strategic partners and creators.
Set personal targets and execute partnership activities accordingly.

Internal Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to advocate for partners and overcome obstacles by providing solutions and alternatives.

Marketing and Sales Understanding:

Demonstrate a broad understanding of marketing and sales activities and tactics.

Effective Communication and Needs Assessment:

Communicate effectively with prospective partners to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and submit timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including revenue trends and performance metrics.
