As a GP Referral Marketing Executive / Manager, your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with General Practitioners, Family Physicians, and Clinics. You will be responsible for driving patient referrals through consistent engagement and outreach. Additionally, organizing CMEs, doctor meets, and hospital visits for referring doctors will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Collaborating closely with hospital consultants and operations teams for smooth referral coordination is also key to success in this role. Qualifications Required: - 2-6 years of experience in hospital marketing or referral development. - Strong existing doctor network in Central & West Bangalore. - Energetic, relationship-driven, and result-oriented.
