Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software, as well as strong negotiation and marketing skills, will be advantageous. With 1-2 years of experience in field sales within the domestic market, you should be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of delivering impactful presentations. Being a fast learner and possessing a proactive mindset are qualities that will help you succeed. Your enthusiasm for sales and ability to thrive in a competitive environment will be instrumental in achieving targets and driving business success.
