Referral Marketing Doctors

Job Title:** Referral Marketing Executive – Doctors 1. **Relationship Management**    * Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers.    * Schedule and conduct regular visits to doctors and clinics to ensure continued engagement. 2. **Referral Development**    * Identify new potential referring doctors and bring them into the hospital’s referral network.    * Monitor referral patterns and ensure consistent inflow of referred patients. 3. **Marketing & Promotion**    * Promote hospital services, specialties, and new treatments to referring doctors.    * Organize doctor meets, CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, and medical camps. 4. **Communication & Feedback**    * Act as a bridge between the hospital and referring doctors, ensuring smooth communication regarding patient cases.    * Collect feedback from doctors about hospital services and ensure concerns are addressed promptly. 5. **Reporting & Analysis**    * Maintain referral visit reports, doctor engagement trackers, and referral conversion data.    * Share weekly/monthly performance updates with the marketing team. 6. **Coordination with Hospital Departments**    * Coordinate with OPD, IPD, and diagnostic teams to ensure referred patients receive priority and seamless service.
