Job Overview The Reference Check Coordinator will support our Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team and play a critical role in the recruitment process by verifying professional references and ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with a heightened sense of urgency who consistently meets deadlines. This position reports to the Manager, Global TA Operations and Programs based in the U.S. Conduct professional reference checks for candidates by reaching out to listed references through various communication channels, including phone, email, Zoom, and WhatsApp, to gather thorough and detailed feedback Ensure that all references are conducted in a timely manner, meeting deadlines, and feedback is well documented in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Input detailed notes and documentation in candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Address, resolve, or escalate issues, concerns, or delays related to completing professional reference checks, while providing regular status updates to the TA team and direct manager Qualifications: This role requires working the night shift to align with US Eastern Time business hours Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to professionally interact with diverse professionals Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion of professional reference checks Capable of working independently with limited supervision Proficient with using Zoom Phone and WhatsApp for efficient global communication Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality and consistently adhere to legal requirements and company regulations Ability to manage time zone differences efficiently, coordinating tasks and communication across multiple locations to ensure smooth operations and timely collaboration Experience working with international teams; supporting US-based operations is required Compensation Estimated Pay Range: Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
