Role:Reel Context Creator

Job Type:Internship

Duration:3-6months

Requirements:

Conceptualize and create engaging short-form video content (15 60 seconds) for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other video platforms.
Stay up-to-date with trends, challenges, and viral content opportunities.
Edit videos with attention to pacing, transitions, effects, captions, and music.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
Optimize content for platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
Track performance metrics and iterate content strategies based on analytics.
Proven experience in creating reels or short-form content for social media.
Proficiency in editing tools like
CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, After Effects
, or similar.Strong creative storytelling and visual design skills.
Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm-driven engagement.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Creative Skills:

Short-form storytelling (15 60 sec videos)
Scriptwriting & storyboarding for reels
Trend spotting & viral content adaptation
Visual aesthetics: framing, lighting, color grading
Branding & incorporating CTAs
Basic photography and videography skills,Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Experience with influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.

Technical Skills:

Video shooting (phone/camera)
Editing: CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, After Effects
Adding transitions, effects, captions, and music
Repurposing long-form content into reels

Social Media & Marketing Skills:

Understanding platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Audience engagement & community building,Content optimization & analytics tracking

Soft Skills:

Creativity & originality,Attention to detail
Adaptability to trends & platform updates
