Job Description

As an experienced Redwood Administrator at Talent Worx, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Redwood's cloud-based job scheduling and workload automation solutions. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping clients maximize the efficiency and reliability of their scheduling operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Redwood solutions in the production environment - Monitor job performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement corrective actions for smooth scheduling job operations - Collaborate with development and IT teams to understand automation needs and translate them into efficient Redwood workflows - Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in user access, configuration management, and job scheduling - Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides - Stay updated on new features and best practices within Redwood applications to provide insights and recommendations for enhancements Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a Redwood Administrator or in a similar role - Strong understanding of workload automation, job scheduling concepts, and Redwood tools - Experience with integrations between Redwood and various applications like ERP systems, databases, and cloud services - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues - Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a team environment Location: Remote or Hybrid options available based on candidate's preference.
