Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Recruitment Team Manager. The Recruitment Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring the successful deployment of healthcare professionals globally. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Employee Relations and Performance Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare recruitment industry is a plus
