Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Team Manager based in Kozhikode. The Recruitment Team Manager will oversee the daily operations of the recruitment team, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and handle performance management. Responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining effective communication with overseas clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
