● Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment for companies into selling Network Cabling Solutions for Data Centres & Large Office/Campuses in India

● Education: ⁠Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate

● Software: MS Excel, CRM tools

● Job Type: Full-time, Work from office/customer site

● Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)

● Timings: India shift (9.30AM-6.30PM)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the hiring process and attract top talent for our leading client located in Noida. The successful candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, use sourcing strategies to build talent pools, and help shape our employer brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Create and post job descriptions across platforms

Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams

Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records

Communicate offers and manage negotiation processes

Provide regular reports on hiring metrics

Enhance employer branding initiatives

Ensure an inclusive and bias-free hiring process

Salary: 25-35k per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
