What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on

  direct sourcing

• Act as a

  Talent Advisor

  , sharing market insights and recruitment trends with hiring managers.
• Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and legislation.
• Coach candidates through selection stages and provide timely, professional feedback.
• Collaborate with Candidate Relationship Specialists to build and maintain

  pre-qualified talent pools

• Monitor recruitment activity for accurate forecasting and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–12 years of experience

  in IT/Technical recruitment, preferably in the

  banking domain

  .
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with

  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
