Job Description

Role Overview

As Recruitment Manager SAP/ERP Domain, you will own the full-lifecycle recruitment function for SAP/ERP roles, based out of Ahmedabad and reporting to the Operation Head. You will partner closely with project delivery leads, functional heads, and HR to build a robust pipeline of SAP talent (both functional & technical) and execute recruitment strategies that support our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with delivery/functional leads to understand Resourcing needs in SAP/ERP modules (S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors etc.).
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies (direct sourcing, LinkedIn, niche SAP networks, referrals, job boards) for SAP/ERP profiles.
  • Screen, assess and interview candidates for SAP functional/technical roles – evaluate both domain fit and cultural fit.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: requisition intake, job posting, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring stakeholders, offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate).
  • Develop talent pools for SAP/ERP roles for future needs, anticipate upcoming demands.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for VC ERP in the SAP talent market – promote our consulting business, project opportunities and growth path.
  • Stay current on SAP/ERP market trends: modules in demand, contractor vs permanent supply, salary benchmarks, candidate availability.
  • Provide periodic recruitment reports and insights to senior management (including dashboards) to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably sourcing and hiring for SAP/ERP roles (both functional and technical).

Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem: modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors etc.), consulting/service model, Resourcing market.

  • Proven sourcing skills: job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, referrals.
  • Excellent interview skills: able to evaluate technical/functional SAP candidates and engage with hiring managers.
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Data-oriented: comfortable with metrics, dashboards, reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment with changing project demands.
  • Bonus: Experience in Ahmedabad/Gujarat market, knowledge of salary benchmarks for SAP roles in India.
