What you’ll do

  • Design Talent Strategies: Build and execute innovative recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities and market trends.
  • Lead the Team Through Change: Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of recruiters to deliver excellence through shifting priorities and evolving needs.
  • Enable Tech-Powered Recruiting: Leverage modern recruitment tools, AI-enabled platforms, and analytics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner with Business Leaders: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning and hiring.
  • Champion Operational Excellence: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, inclusive, and efficient process.
  • Drive Talent Insights: Use data to tell compelling stories, measure performance, and guide continuous improvement.
  • Promote Our Brand: Elevate our employer value proposition to attract high-quality talent across diverse markets.
  • Provide an Optimal Candidate Experience: Deliver a great candidate experience on individual searches being worked on with hiring managers
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional peers, HR partners, and external vendors to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

Proven Experience:

12 + years in recruitment with at least 3+ years in a people leadership or strategic recruitment role.

Strategic Agility:

Ability to translate business goals into recruitment strategies.

Innovation Mindset:

Enthusiasm for trying new approaches, including the use of AI and digital tools in recruiting.

Stakeholder Savvy:

Experience building credibility with senior leaders and driving alignment across teams.

Operational Discipline:

Strong understanding of recruitment operations, systems (especially ATS), and compliance.

Analytical Strength:

Confidence using data to influence decisions and improve outcomes.

Inclusive Leadership:

Ability to create a positive, equitable, and supportive team culture.

People Management:

Experience in guiding and upskilling teams along with being hands on and ability to build and foster high performing team
