Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screening & Coordination: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Cold call the candidates and onboard them , Should know end to end recruitment
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Database Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems or internal databases with accurate candidate records and updates.
Employer Branding Support: Help promote our employer brand by crafting engaging job descriptions and participating in talent marketing initiatives

About Company: Highway Delite is the first and only free travel app tailored for Indian highway travelers, aiming to make highway travel and road trips both enjoyable and safe. We are supported by the Government of Karnataka as a tourism startup and incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. Our app equips highway travelers with essential information for their journeys, covering verified routes spanning over 10,000 kilometers, with ongoing expansions.
