Job Description

We’re expanding our team and looking for driven, detail-oriented Recruitment Interns to support our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Help draft job descriptions and post openings on various platforms
Engage with candidates professionally and ensure a smooth recruitment experience

Required Skills & Attributes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Passionate about recruitment and human resources
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
