Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Location: Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, internal referrals, and recruitment agencies for IT and Non-IT requirements.

  • Job Posting & Advertising: Create and manage job postings across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to attract potential candidates.

  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for roles. Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.

  • Candidate Management: Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.

  • Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers to successful candidates, including salary negotiations and other terms.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates for open positions.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment processes, and performance metrics.

  • Compliance: Ensure that recruitment practices comply with company policies.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary expectations, and competitive hiring practices to attract top talent.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (1-2 years preferred).

Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
