This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, internal referrals, and recruitment agencies for IT and Non-IT requirements.Job Posting & Advertising: Create and manage job postings across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to attract potential candidates.Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for roles. Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.Candidate Management: Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers to successful candidates, including salary negotiations and other terms.Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates for open positions.Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates, recruitment processes, and performance metrics.Compliance: Ensure that recruitment practices comply with company policies.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary expectations, and competitive hiring practices to attract top talent.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in related field.Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (1-2 years preferred).Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills:Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing.Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
