Responsibilities
- Will mostly be working and assisting in the recruitment process
- Screening, shortlisting and initially interviewing the various open vacancies for the clients- Follow up with the candidates until the vacancy is closed- Maintain record of the whole process- Regularly updating the Team leader on all the aspects mentioned above
Qualification
MBA / Any Graduate
Desired profile of the candidate
Strong oral and written communication
Should have a positive attitude and the willingness to learn as part of a team
Experience
Both Freshers with Internship experience and experienced candidates can apply.
