Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit for open positions. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and support the interview process. Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring clarity and alignment with job requirements. Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure effective communication and a smooth recruitment process. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with recruitment reporting and documentation. Documentation: Support with pre-onboarding and documentation for new employees. Candidate Experience: Should be able to build a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to join. Strategize: Collaborate with HR to support business needs and devise effective recruitment strategies for all openings. Qualifications Education: A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (non-IT) Skills Basic understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. Attributes professionalism, enthusiasm for recruitment, and a proactive attitude.
