We have an immediate opportunity with V2Soft for the role of Talent Acquisition

Job Title:

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead our recruitment efforts at V2SOFT. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy for our IT services company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's hiring needs
Manage a team of at least 4 Recruitment Managers and a large team of recruiters to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand US IT onshore and offshore requirements, with a focus on JAVA and AI technologies
Leverage industry expertise and best practices to attract, engage, and hire top talent
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize the recruitment process

Requirements:

Proven experience working in IT services companies, preferably in a talent acquisition leadership role
Strong experience in managing large-scale recruitment teams and projects
Expertise in US IT onshore and offshore recruitment, with a focus on JAVA and AI technologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results
