Recruitment Director

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment team to ensure smooth end-to-end recruiting processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the recruitment team to handle job orders, submissions, interviews, onboarding, follow-ups, and placements efficiently. - Providing training and guidance to recruiters on sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and process administration. - Ensuring that staffing and hiring targets are met effectively. - Interacting with customers to submit resumes, coordinate interviews, and finalize hires. - Handling MSP accounts and other assigned house accounts for account support and management. - Collaborating with the team to scale up or down based on staffing needs. - Monitoring and ensuring that recruiters meet their assigned targets and optimizing their output. - Enforcing adherence to V2Soft's recruiting processes and checklists by recruiters. - Managing subvendors, contractors, and the vendor management program. - Coordinating with the proposal team to provide rate cards, resumes, and other recruiting information for proposal submissions. - Efficiently managing referral candidates, project alumni, and high-potential candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales and talent acquisition targets and providing regular updates to the CEO.
