About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading global investment bank in Mumbai. This role will support locations across Asia, and we are looking for someone who can start at 7:00 a.m. IST. The role will be hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused environment
• Prepare candidates for interviewing with our clients by providing all logistics for the day of the interview
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with logistics and reporting
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems (ORC)
• Responsible for sending interview feedback requests in our applicant tracking system (ORC)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business teams
• Performs other related and ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment co-ordination, including interview scheduling and collection of interview feedback
• Experience supporting a global recruitment team (ideally including the following Asia locations: Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferrable
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent prioritization, writing, and oral communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused environment
