SKILLS REQUIRED: ➢ Effective communication skills ➢ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills ➢ Team Building skills ➢ Minimum 0-1 years of experience in relevant field. RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ Screen resumes and application forms. ➢ Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. ➢ Posting job ads on social media platforms/job portals. ➢ To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target with team. ➢ To ensure activation and desired productivity levels of IC in the team. ➢ To take initiative for team development through productivity improvement drives or training programs. ➢ Training & development ensure the product training to the employees and resolving the queries as when they need it. ➢ Responsible for quality team development. ◾LOCATION: Work from office/home ◾SALARY + ALLOWANCE - 19000-52000
