Recruitment and Business Development Specialist

You will be responsible for mapping the local market and building a potential client list to develop business in HR services. This will involve making cold calls or following leads to approach prospective clients. You will actively participate in meetings with clients, presenting Adecco's recruitment services to promote the company's image and attract new business. Additionally, you will continuously seek to develop business within existing clients through contacts with Line Manager by identifying new sales leads. Your role will also include preparing contracts and terms & conditions for recruitment projects, presenting suitable candidates to clients, and making interview arrangements while ensuring that candidates are well-informed about the interview process. It is crucial to maintain positive relationships with candidates through regular communication to gain commitment and ensure their availability. You will conduct interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, competencies, skills, and previous employment history to facilitate optimal job matching. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring job advertisements on job portals/websites, as well as preparing data and reports related to your own activity. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar field. A completed university degree in a relevant field is required, along with a willingness to develop in the field of recruitment services. Fluency in English, good knowledge of MS Office, and familiarity with CRM systems are also desirable qualifications for this role.,
