Role Overview: As a Senior Recruitment Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment operations, managing a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Your strategic role will involve optimizing recruitment processes, managing client accounts, and scaling business outcomes. You will lead end-to-end recruitment operations for both domestic and international clients, executing high-volume, lateral, and leadership hiring within specified TAT and cost metrics. It will be your responsibility to standardize recruitment workflows, establish KPIs, and define quality benchmarks to ensure consistency and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for domestic and international clients, ensuring high-volume, lateral, and leadership hiring within specified TAT and cost metrics. - Standardize recruitment workflows, establish KPIs, and define quality benchmarks to ensure consistency and efficiency. - Manage a team of 10-15 recruiters and team leads, setting and tracking performance targets, conducting performance reviews, and implementing training programs. - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing escalations, conducting review meetings, and ensuring SLA adherence. - Gather feedback and customize hiring strategies based on client needs to maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth.
