Recruiting Team Manager

KeyResponsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters focused on U.S. healthcare staffing, specifically travel therapists.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and placement of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Assistants.
Drive performance by setting clear KPIs, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and support to the team.
Build strategies to strengthen the candidate pipeline, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment operations with client needs and organizational goals.
Implement best practices in recruitment, compliance, and team management to improve efficiency.
Ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and coordination between recruiters, candidates, and clients.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience
in U.S. healthcare recruitment, with proven expertise in
travel therapist recruitment
.
Strong background in leading and managing recruitment teams.
Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing practices, compliance, and market trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving results.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
