Recruiting Operations Manager

Role Overview: You should have over 10 years of recruitment experience and a thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process methodology within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably at a global organization. Your expertise in working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution, ideally within the RPO environment, will be highly valued. You should have successfully managed multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills are essential for this role. Additionally, your ability to interpret data from various internal and external sources to predict trends will be crucial. A degree education or equivalent is highly desirable, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models is also preferred.
